Chính sách quyền riêng tư
Chúng tôi không ghi lại bạn đã vào web nào. Không lưu lịch sử duyệt web, không lưu truy vấn DNS, không lưu nội dung traffic đi qua VPN, và không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho ai để quảng cáo.
Thứ chúng tôi có gói gọn trong ba thứ: tài khoản của bạn (nếu bạn tạo), thiết bị bạn đăng nhập, và đơn hàng bạn mua.
VPN gói miễn phí dùng được mà không cần tài khoản. Không đăng nhập thì chúng tôi không có gì để gắn với bạn cả.
1. Chúng tôi là ai
ArtemisX vận hành website artemisx.net, ứng dụng ArtemisX VPN Lite và hạ tầng máy chủ đi kèm. Mọi câu hỏi về dữ liệu cá nhân, gửi tới support@artemisx.net.

Bảng trên là đầy đủ. Chúng tôi không lưu địa chỉ IP bạn kết nối tới máy chủ VPN và không gắn hoạt động sử dụng VPN với tài khoản của bạn.
3. Những gì chúng tôi không làm
- Không ghi lại tên miền, địa chỉ web hay truy vấn DNS bạn truy cập qua VPN.
- Không lưu, đọc hay giải mã nội dung traffic đi qua đường hầm.
- Không bán, cho thuê hay trao đổi dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
- Không nhúng SDK phân tích hành vi hay quảng cáo của bên thứ ba vào ứng dụng.
- Không dùng dữ liệu của bạn để dựng hồ sơ quảng cáo hay nhắm mục tiêu.
4. Nhật ký vận hành trên máy chủ VPN
Phần mềm định tuyến trên máy chủ (sing-box) ghi nhật ký vận hành ở mức thông thường, trong đó có địa chỉ IP nguồn và địa chỉ đích của kết nối tại thời điểm nó diễn ra. Nhật ký này nằm trong hệ thống log của chính máy chủ, tự xoay vòng và bị ghi đè theo cấu hình hệ thống.
Chúng tôi không sao chép nó ra ngoài, không đưa vào cơ sở dữ liệu, không gửi cho bên thứ ba và không dùng nó để dựng hồ sơ người dùng.
Chúng tôi nói rõ điều này thay vì tuyên bố "tuyệt đối không log": một máy chủ hoàn toàn không ghi gì thì cũng không thể vận hành hay xử lý sự cố được. Điều quan trọng là dữ liệu đó không được lưu giữ lâu dài, không được gom lại và không đi đâu cả.
5. Bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi dùng những dịch vụ sau, và chỉ chừng này:
- Supabase — lưu trữ cơ sở dữ liệu và xác thực tài khoản. Toàn bộ dữ liệu ở mục 2 nằm tại đây.
- Google — đăng nhập bằng Google (nếu bạn chọn) và thanh toán qua Google Play trên Android. Google nhận thông tin đơn hàng theo quy định của họ; chúng tôi không nhận được số thẻ của bạn.
- PayOS và PayPal — cổng thanh toán trên website. Thông tin thẻ và tài khoản ngân hàng do họ xử lý, chúng tôi không bao giờ nhìn thấy; chúng tôi chỉ nhận kết quả giao dịch.
- ip-api.com — ứng dụng gọi tới đây để hiện địa chỉ IP và vị trí hiện tại của bạn trên màn hình chính. Khi VPN đang bật, yêu cầu này đi qua đường hầm nên họ chỉ thấy IP máy chủ của chúng tôi; khi VPN đang tắt, họ thấy IP thật của bạn.
- gstatic.com của Google — ứng dụng gửi một yêu cầu rỗng tới đây để đo độ trễ đường truyền. Không kèm dữ liệu nào của bạn.
- DeepSeek — chỉ dùng cho khung chat tư vấn trên website. Nội dung bạn gõ vào khung chat đó được gửi tới DeepSeek để sinh câu trả lời. Đừng gõ thông tin nhạy cảm vào đó.
6. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, và rút lại sự đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào. Phần lớn thao tác bạn tự làm được trong trang Tài khoản: sửa tên, gỡ thiết bị, xem lịch sử đơn hàng.
Muốn xoá toàn bộ tài khoản, gửi yêu cầu tới support@artemisx.net từ chính địa chỉ email đã đăng ký. Khi tài khoản bị xoá, hồ sơ, thiết bị và khoá VPN riêng của bạn bị xoá theo; dữ liệu đơn hàng được giữ lại ở mức tối thiểu mà pháp luật về kế toán yêu cầu.
7. Trẻ em
Dịch vụ không dành cho người dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em; nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi xoá.
8. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi, ngày ở đầu trang được cập nhật. Với thay đổi làm mở rộng phạm vi dữ liệu thu thập, chúng tôi thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email trước khi áp dụng.

Privacy Policy
We do not record the sites you visit. We keep no browsing history, no DNS queries and no content of the traffic that passes through the VPN, and we never sell or share your data for advertising.
What we hold comes down to three things: your account (if you create one), the devices you sign in on, and the orders you place.
The free VPN tier works without an account. If you never sign in, we hold nothing that relates to you at all.
1. Who we are
ArtemisX operates the artemisx.net website, the ArtemisX VPN Lite app and the servers behind them. For anything about your personal data, write to support@artemisx.net.

That table is the whole of it. We do not store the IP address you connect to our VPN servers from, and we do not link VPN usage to your account.
3. What we do not do
- We do not record the domains, URLs or DNS queries you reach through the VPN.
- We do not store, read or decrypt the contents of your tunnelled traffic.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We embed no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
- We do not build advertising profiles or target you with your data.
4. Operational logs on the VPN servers
The routing software on our servers (sing-box) writes ordinary operational logs, which include the source and destination address of a connection at the moment it happens. Those logs live in the server's own logging system, rotate on their own and are overwritten as the system's configuration dictates.
We do not copy them off the machine, do not load them into a database, do not hand them to third parties, and do not use them to profile anyone.
We say this plainly instead of claiming a "zero-log" absolute: a server that records nothing at all cannot be operated or debugged. What matters is that this data is not retained long-term, not aggregated and not sent anywhere.
5. Third parties
We use the following services, and only these:
- Supabase — database hosting and account authentication. Everything in section 2 is stored there.
- Google — Google sign-in (if you choose it) and Google Play billing on Android. Google receives purchase information under its own terms; we never receive your card number.
- PayOS and PayPal — payment gateways on the website. Card and bank details are handled entirely by them and are never visible to us; we receive only the transaction result.
- ip-api.com — the app calls it to show your current IP address and location on the main screen. With the VPN on, the request travels through the tunnel and they see only our server's IP; with the VPN off, they see your real IP.
- Google's gstatic.com — the app sends one empty request there to measure latency. It carries none of your data.
- DeepSeek — used only by the sales chat widget on the website. What you type into that widget is sent to DeepSeek to generate a reply. Do not type sensitive information into it.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Most of it you can do yourself from the Account page: change your name, remove devices, review your orders.
To delete your account entirely, write to support@artemisx.net from the email address you registered with. Deleting an account deletes your profile, your devices and your personal VPN keys; order records are kept only to the minimum extent accounting law requires.
7. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data, and we delete it if we find it.
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For any change that widens what we collect, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
